Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This policy explains how MeshMaine LLC ("MeshMaine," "we," "us") handles personal information across all of our services: temporary event WiFi, residential WiFi installation, and new-construction network wiring.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name and contact information (email, phone number)
  • Service type and project details — for events: date, venue name, and location; for residential and new-construction: property address, home size, build/installation timeline, and general-contractor contact where applicable
  • Service preferences (package interest, guest count)
  • Any additional information you include in your message

We also collect limited analytics data about site usage — see Cookies & Analytics below.

2. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. This helps us improve the site.

  • Consent-based:Analytics cookies and the Google Analytics script load only after you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Decline," no analytics cookies are set and the script is not loaded.
  • What it collects: When enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. We have IP-address anonymization enabled.
  • Google as processor: This data is processed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
  • Changing your choice:You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies/site data in your browser; the banner will reappear so you can decline. We also honor your browser's tracking preferences where applicable.

Google Ads & conversion measurement

We advertise our services through Google Ads. To measure whether those ads work, we use Google's conversion-tracking tag (provided by Google LLC).

  • When it applies:If you reach our site by clicking one of our Google ads, Google attaches a click identifier to your visit. If you then submit our quote-request form, we record that submission as a "conversion" so we can tell which ads led to genuine inquiries.
  • Not gated by the analytics banner: Because conversion measurement is a first-party measurement of our own ads — directly tied to an action you choose to take (submitting the form) — the conversion tag may load and record that submission even if you decline analytics cookies. Arriving via one of our ads and submitting the form constitutes your consent to this conversion measurement. It does not track your browsing across other sites on our behalf.
  • What it shares: The conversion signal tells Google that a form submission occurred and which ad click it came from. The contact details you type into the form are sent to us — not to Google — through this conversion tag.
  • Opting out:If you prefer not to be included in ads measurement, you can manage Google's use of your data through Google Ad Settings or simply reach us directly by email or phone instead of the form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this data to build advertising profiles of you beyond measuring our own campaigns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your quote request and provide pricing
  • Communicate about your event, installation, or build and its details
  • Schedule and deliver our services (event WiFi, residential installation, or new-construction wiring)
  • Send booking confirmations and service-related updates

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Event WiFi Networks & Guest Data

When we deploy temporary WiFi at your event, please be aware of the following:

  • We do not monitor, log, or store the browsing activity of guests connected to our networks.
  • Network traffic passes through Starlink satellite internet infrastructure, which is subject to SpaceX's own privacy policies.
  • If a captive portal is configured for your event, any information displayed is controlled by you (the client) and we do not collect guest data through it.
  • All temporary network configurations are removed after your event concludes.

5. Residential & New-Construction Project Data

For home installations and new-construction wiring, we collect and retain project information needed to scope, schedule, and document the work — such as property address, home/network layout notes, equipment installed, and network configuration details. We keep network credentials only as needed to deliver and support your installation, and we share project details only with people directly involved in your project (for example, your general contractor) when you ask us to.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your contact and project information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill our service obligations and any legal requirements. We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through our website.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for future communications at any time
  • Decline or withdraw analytics consent (see Cookies & Analytics)

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to deliver our services and operate this site:

  • Starlink (SpaceX)— satellite internet used to deliver connectivity. While we control the local network configuration, internet traffic is routed through Starlink's infrastructure. See Starlink's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — site analytics, loaded only with your consent, as described above.
  • Google Ads (Google LLC) — conversion measurement for our advertising. Used to record quote-request submissions that originate from our ads, as described in Cookies & Analytics.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
