What if my venue has no power outlets in the right places?

We bring large-capacity portable battery packs that can power access points for 8-14 hours. For Starlink, we need at least one standard outlet or can discuss generator options for fully off-grid situations.

Can you support live-streaming the ceremony?

Absolutely. Our Dedicated Streaming Uplink add-on reserves a 15+ Mbps upstream channel so your stream is not affected by guests simultaneously using the network.

How much area does each access point cover?

Each access point covers roughly 1,500-2,000 sq ft in open outdoor conditions. We review your venue layout before the event to position APs for maximum coverage.

What happens if Starlink has an outage during the event?

We carry a cellular backup to maintain connectivity for critical services like vendor payment processing. We also monitor the connection remotely throughout the event.

Do you serve island or boat-access venues?

Yes. Island venues are where MeshMaine shines most. If the venue has a clear view of the sky, Starlink works. We handle equipment transport logistics to island and remote waterfront venues.
