Three-Phase Model
We come back on your schedule. Rough-in before drywall, trim-out after, and full commissioning before move-in.
Phase 1: Rough-In
Framing complete, before drywall.
- Cat6 pulls to every planned drop
- Structured wiring panel placement
- AP locations pre-wired
- Speculative extra drops at no charge
Phase 2: Trim-Out
Post-drywall.
- Terminations on both ends
- Patch panel installation
- Keystones and wall plates
- Full cable test and certification
Phase 3: Finish
Pre-occupancy.
- Access point mounting and config
- Switch and router configuration
- ISP appointment coordination
- Network commissioning and handoff
Rough-In Packages
Cat6 pulls, quoted by estimated total footage. Complex framing, steel stud, or difficult DMARC path billed T&M.

Headend Options
Every home needs one. We size the headend to the home — tier prices are quoted based on square footage and equipment needs.

Standard
Rack - Wall Mount
Basic, Standard, or Rack — quoted based on home size.
Trim-Out & Finish
Per-drop terminations and Phase 3 commissioning are quoted per project. Labor billed at $120/hr. Hardware (APs, switches, router) at cost + 30%. Installation includes 30 days of phone support after install.
